"The Contract may be terminated by either party by providing a written notice of termination to the other no less than ninety (90) days prior to the end date of the Initial Term (or if applicable, any Renewal Term or extension otherwise agreed in accordance with Clause 5.4 "Duration"
Written notice of termination must be provided as follows: -
5 (a) If terminated by Juniper, in the manner set out by Clause 27 - "Notices"
(b) If terminated by the Client, using the Cancellation Form
