Overview

This article explains how to find out what your Sisra Analytics login email address is when you only know your Sisra Analytics username and password. The article also explains how to change the email address associated with your Sisra Analytics account if you do not have access to that email address. 

Prerequisites

  • You must know your Sisra Analytics username and password.

Instructions

Follow these steps to find out what your Sisra Analytics login email address is and update it as needed:

  1. Go to the Sisra Analytics Login page.

  2. Select click here to check the email address we hold for you:

  3. When prompted:

  1. Enter your existing Analytics username.
  2. Enter your existing Analytics password.
  3. Select Check my email address.
  4. Check that the email address we hold is correct and send a test email to confirm you can receive emails from Juniper Education:
  5. If you don't have access to the email address associated with your account (If the email address isn't the one you currently use), update this by selecting Change my email address.
  6. When prompted to Change your email address, enter and confirm your new email address along with your original Sisra Analytics details, then select Send confirmation link:

Outcome

After completing the steps above, you will be able to sign in using the email address associated with your Sisra Analytics account and password. If you have changed the email address, use the new email address when signing in.
