Sisra Analytics: How do I reset my login details?

Overview

This article explains how to change your password in Sisra Analytics, if you have forgotten it. 

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long (but no greater than 70 characters). Additionally, the password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.

Prerequisites

You need the registered email address used when your Sisra Analytics account was set up.

Instructions

  1. Open www.sisraanalytics.co.uk in your browser.
  2. When prompted, enter your school email address (the one registered to your Sisra Analytics account) and select Continue:

     

  3. When prompted, select Forgot your password?:

  4. Enter the Email address for your account, and select Submit:

Outcome

Your request to reset your password will be processed. An email will be sent to you with instructions about how to access the system and reset your password. Select Reset Password and follow the guidance provided.
