To change your name when using Sisra Analytics and other Juniper Education products that you access through Portal, speak to your administrator. Where appropriate they can update your employee record within your MIS, which in turn will update your user name.
If you use Juniper MIS the update will take place immediately. If you use a third-party MIS, the change will take place overnight (as any updates made in your MIS are synchronised with Juniper Education's systems each evening).
