Overview
This article explains how to change the email address that you use to log in to Sisra Analytics (and other Juniper Education products) through Portal.
Whilst this option allows you to change your registered email address that you use to access the system, where possible, ask your administrator to update your email address on your school's MIS.
Instructions
Follow these steps to change the email address you use to log into Juniper Education systems such as Sisra Analytics:
Select the avatar at the top right:
Select Profile from the menu that looks similar to the one below:
From your Profile, select Security:
From Security, select Change Login Email:
From Change Login Email, enter your new email address, confirm your new email address, then select Save:
Outcome
Your login email address is updated, and a message is displayed indicating the update. Next time you login, use the new email address.
