Overview
This article explains how to change the password you use to access Sisra Analytics (and other Juniper Education products) through Portal, when you are logged in.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long (but no greater than 70 characters). Additionally, the password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.
Prerequisites
- You need to be logged in with the registered email address used when your Sisra Analytics account was set up.
Instructions
Follow these steps to change your password:

Select the avatar at the top right:

Select Profile from the menu that looks similar to the one below:

From your Profile, select Security:

From Security, select Change Password:

From Change Password, enter your new password, confirm your new password, then select Save:
Outcome
Your password is updated, and a message is displayed indicating the update.
