MIS: How do I edit / update a Behaviour Consequence?

Overview

This article explains how to edit / update a Behaviour Consequence within Juniper MIS. Behaviour Consequences are selected when recording Behaviour Incidents (see MIS: How do I record a Behaviour Incident for one or more pupils?). Behaviour Consequences are used when recording pupil behaviour incidents to record the consequence for the behaviour exhibited. 

Prerequisites

  • You must have Account Admin or Account Owner permissions to edit / update a Behaviour Type.

Instructions

Open All Behaviour Consequences

From the Juniper MIS:

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select Behaviours.
  3. Select Behaviour Settings.
  4. Select the Consequences tab:

Update / edit a Behaviour Consequence

  1. Select Edit:

  2. Scroll to the Behaviour Consequence that you want to change:

    1. Update the name as required.
    2. Check / uncheck Active as required to activate / deactivate the Behaviour Consequence. Active Behaviour Consequences are available for use in the MIS).
  3. Repeat Step 2 for each Behaviour Consequence you want to update.
  4. Select Save.

Outcome

Your Behaviour Consequence changes are saved. A message is displayed confirming this:
