MIS
Overview
This article explains how to add a Behaviour Consequence within Juniper MIS. Behaviour Consequences are selected when recording Behaviour Incidents (see MIS: How do I record a Behaviour Incident for one or more pupils?). Behaviour Consequences are used when recording pupil behaviour incidents to record the consequence for the behaviour exhibited.
Prerequisites
- You must have Account Admin or Account Owner permissions to add a Behaviour Consequence.
Instructions
Open All Behaviour Consequences
From the Juniper MIS:
- Select Pupils.
- Select Behaviours.
- Select Behaviour Settings.

Select the Consequences tab:
Add a Behaviour Consequence

Select Edit:
- Scroll to the bottom of the list.

Select Add:

When prompted:
- Enter a name into the blank box for the Behaviour Consequence.
- Check / uncheck Active (by default, the box is checked - set to Active). Active Behaviour Consequences are available for use in the MIS).
- Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 for each Behaviour Consequence you want to add.
- Scroll to the top and select Save.
Outcome
The new Behaviour Consequence is saved. A message is displayed confirming this:
