MIS
Overview
This article explains how to enable / disable the functionality within the MIS that lets you manually manage the escalation of behaviour incidents.
Prerequisites
You must be an account admin or account owner to enable / disable the setting.
Instructions
Open the Behaviour Settings
From the Juniper MIS:
- Select Pupils.
- Select Behaviours.
- Select Behaviour Settings.
Set General Preferences
From the General Preferences tab:

Select Edit:

Check / uncheck Use Escalation Flow. When checked, you can manually escalate / escalate behaviour incidents:
- Select Save.
Outcome
The setting will update based on your selection. A message will display indicating this:
