MIS: How do I enable / disable Locations when tracking behaviours?

Overview

This article explains how to enable / disable the ability to assign a Location to a behaviour incident within the MIS. When enabled, a user can select a Location from a drop-down list when creating a behaviour incident.

Prerequisites

You must be an account admin or account owner to enable / disable the setting.

Instructions

Open the Behaviour Settings

From the Juniper MIS:

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select Behaviours.
  3. Select Behaviour Settings.

Set General Preferences

From the General Preferences tab:

  1. Select Edit:

  2. Check / uncheck Use Locations. When checked, you can select a location when recording a behaviour incident:

  3. Select Save

Outcome 

The setting will update based on your selection. A message will display indicating this:
