MIS: How do I view parent responses for a consent?

Overview

This article explains how to view the various responses that all parents have given, not given, or not provided when requested for a specific consent.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view the various responses that all parents have or haven't provided when requested for a consent:

  1. Select Manage
  2. Select Consent Types.
  3. From Consent Types, select the appropriate Consent Type:

  4. From the Consent Type, select the Pupils tab:

Outcome

The Pupils tab is displayed, listing all pupils where consent / permission has been sought:

The Current Status indicates whether or not permission has been received from the parent:

  • Permission has been Requested (but a response from the parent has yet to be received), 
  • Permission has been Granted by the parent (parental consent given). 
  • Permission has been Not Granted by the parent  (parental consent not given). 

From this tab you can update the Current Status as required (see for further information).
