When awarding badges or creating observations in Comms Hub, multiple pupils can be tagged at once to save time. This is useful, for example, when several pupils receive the same badge or when a group of pupils are involved in the same observation. After the observation or badge is approved and published, parents who have signed up to the Juniper Education App can view details of the observations and badges given to their child. Whilst viewing, they can use reactions and comments to respond. If the observation or badge is recorded or awarded to several pupils at the same time, any comments or reactions will be visible to the parents of all pupils involved.
If you prefer that parents don't see others' comments or reactions, assign badges or observations to pupils individually rather than in bulk.
