Overview
This article explains how to view the total number of informal observations that have been recorded for pupils in a class through Comms Hub.
Instructions
Follow these steps to view the total number of observations for a class from Comms Hub:
- Select Awards and Activities.
- Select Classes.
- Users without Full Edit permissions or above must select the Class whose details they want to view.
Outcome
The All Classes view loads for users with Full Edit permissions or above. From here, you can see how many informal observations have been recorded for a class:
- Filter by Category and Type of Class, or search for a specific Class.
- To view observations from a previous year, select the appropriate Academic Year. When viewing by different academic years, you will only be able to see the classes you taught in that academic year, as they were at that time. You cannot see the results for your current classes in a previous academic year, unless you taught the pupils in a class in that year.
- Select a Class to see the observations for each pupil within the Class.
Partial Edit users can see the informal observations for each class in the top left corner of the Class page:
