Overview

This article explains how to view a summary of the informal observations a pupil has had recorded, along with details of each observation. 

To save time, when working in the Comms Hub Home page / Dashboard and you have a single class assigned to you, select Class, then proceed to Step 4 of the instructions below. If you have multiple classes assigned to you, select Classes, then proceed to Step 3:

Instructions

Follow these steps to view the informal observations a pupil has from Comms Hub:

1. Select Awards and Activities.
2. Select All classes.
3. Select the pupil's Class:
   
4. The Class page loads, which includes a summary of each pupil's Observations:
   
   Select the pupil's Name to drill down into the specific informal observations recorded.
5. Select Observations.

Outcome

The Observation tab for the pupil loads. From here, you are presented with a list of all informal observations, including the date the observation was created, its title and a description:
