Juniper Websites: How do I export a list of documents / pages that need updating?

Overview

This article explains how to export a list of documents or pages needing updates as a CSV or PDF file through the Compliance Dashboard (or the Compliance tab within the MAT Dashboard).

Prerequisites

  • The Compliance Dashboard is available to those schools that subscribe to our Classic+ package. Contact us for further information if you want to use this add-on but do not have access to it.
  • You must be a website administrator to use the Compliance Dashboard.
  • You must have set review dates for your contents and documents (attachments) to populate the Page Reminder and Document Reminder tables.

Instructions

  1. From your website, select Add-Ons.
  2. Select Compliance Dashboard (or in the case of a MAT, select MAT Dashboard and then select the Compliance tab):
  3. From the Compliance Dashboard, select Export (under the Due in over 60 days) headline:
  4. From Export, select one or more values for each filter, based on your needs:

    1. In the case of MATs, select the Schools whose compliance information you want to view. For single school websites, this option is not available.
    2. Select Pages or Documents.
    3. Select Reviewers.
    4. Select Health Scores.
    5. Select one or more Due Status.

To see a list of all items, do not select anything. Select multiple filters, and values within filters as needed. Hold SHIFT and click to select consecutive values. Hold CTRL and click to select non-consecutive values.

  5. Select either:
    1. Export CSV to download your compliance details as a CSV file.
    2. Export PDF to download your compliance details as a PDF file.
  6. After downloading the list in your required formats, select Close.

Outcome

Based on your choices either (or both) a PDF and CSV file is created and downloaded into the downloads folder on your device.

The file contains details of Document / Page Title, School (in the case of a MAT) File Type, File URL, Renewal Date, Reviewer and the Due Status (for example, Overview, Due Next 30 Days, Due Next 60 Days, and Due in Over 60 Days.)
