Overview
This article explains how you can use the Compliance Dashboard to view a list of all your content and documents (attachments) assigned a review date. From the Compliance Dashboard you can also see when reviews are due and the overall health of your content from a review perspective.
Prerequisites
- The Compliance Dashboard is available to those schools that subscribe to our Classic+ package. Contact us for further information if you want to use this add-on but do not have access to it.
- You must be a website administrator to use the Compliance Dashboard.
- You must have set review dates for your contents and documents (attachments) to populate the Page Reminder and Document Reminder tables.
Instructions
- From your website, select Add-Ons.
- Select Compliance Dashboard (or in the case of a MAT, select MAT Dashboard):
- If you selected MAT Dashboard, select the Compliance tab.
Outcome
The Compliance Dashboard for your school loads:
If you are a MAT, an overall compliance window loads. Select a School Filter to view the details for a specific school:
An overall Health Score is displayed at the top of the page with headline figures listing the number of content items and documents (attachments) that should have been reviewed by today's date but haven't along with those whose review date is within the next 30, 60 or 60+ days.
Below the headlines are lists of the page and document (attachment) reminders:
- To view the documents or pages due for review:
- Select the appropriate number in the headline to view by overview / due date.
- Select View all in the appropriate section (Page Reminders or Document Reminders) to see a list of all reminders regardless of due date.
- To view an individual page, select the specific Page Link.
- To view a document, select its Document Link. It will be downloaded to your downloads folder from where you can open and check it.
- To view those pages without reminders, select the number in the statement There are X pages without numbers.
- To view those numbers without reminders, select the number in the statement There are X numbers without numbers.
Select Export to save either a PDF or CSV format list of documents / pages that need to be reviewed. See Juniper Websites: How do I export a list of documents / pages that need updating? for further information.
