Everything I need to know about the Comply Module

Juniper Websites, Comply Module

Overview

This article covers everything you need when using the Comply Module.

The Comply Module is a proactive website compliance management module. It brings all reminders for pages and documents, together in a single, clear dashboard. You can use it to:

  1. See all reminders across your website, alongside who's responsible for reviewing each item.
  2. Identify content due for review within 60 days, within 30 days, or already overdue.
  3. See a live count of days remaining until each item needs review.
  4. Add a renewal status to each item to track progress, for example re-writing, amendment review, or awaiting sign-off.
  5. See existing CMS reminder data gathered together in one dashboard, instead of relying on individual alerts.

Who it's for

Comply is exclusive to Juniper Websites customers who subscribe to the Comply Module. It's particularly valuable for school administrators and compliance leads, business managers and designated safeguarding leads who own statutory pages or documents, and senior leadership teams needing oversight and assurance.

Benefits

The Comply Module:

  1. Keeps establishments inspection-ready by proactively managing compliance.
  2. Gives leadership confidence at a glance, without digging through the CMS.
  3. Creates clear accountability so ownership of each item is visible.
  4. Supports a structured review process through renewal status tracking.
  5. Shifts schools from reactive to proactive compliance management.
