Overview
Regularly reviewing documents (file attachments) on your website keeps it current and compliant with DfE requirements. This article explains how to view a list of all the documents / file attachment) reminders (Document Reminders) that have been set for your school website / the different websites across your MAT.
Prerequisites
- The Compliance Dashboard is available to those schools that subscribe to our Classic+ package. Contact us for further information if you want to use this add-on but do not have access to it.
- You must be a website administrator to use the Compliance Dashboard.
Instructions
- From your website, select Add-Ons.
- To open the Compliance Dashboard, select either:
- Compliance Dashboard if you are a school.
- MAT Dashboard, then the Compliance tab if you're a MAT. Optionally, as a MAT, you can then filter by School Name.
- Scroll down the page to the Document Reminders section. By default, you will see a list of up to five document links (file attachment links) where reminders have been set, sorted by the renewal date. Renewal dates for the documents are displayed in chronological order, with the next Renewal (review) date at the top of the list. In the case of MATs, the School Name is displayed first:
- Select View All to view all the Document Reminders (file attachment reminders).
Outcome
The Document Reminders page opens:
- Filter the documents as needed, or enter text into Text Search to locate a specific reminder. In the case of MATs, you can select a specific school.
- Details for each attachment, including a link (Document Link), the webpage that the attachment is used on (Location), review date (Renewal Date), Days Until Review count down, Reviewer information and review Status, are shown.
- Select the Document Link of an individual document to view it.
- Select the Location to view the webpage where the document is made available to visitors to view / download.
- To add a manual review status, to act as an aide memoire when managing reviews, select a value in the Status column.
If you'd like to view more than the 50 default rows per page, select the number of rows in Rows per page.
If you'd prefer to export a PDF or CSV list of documents that need to be reviewed, select Export from the Compliance Dashboard. See Juniper Websites: How do I export a list of documents / pages that need updating? for further information.
