Overview
This article explains how to make changes to an existing employee's personal details.
Instructions
Follow these steps to update an employee's personal details:
- Search for the person using the search bar, or locate them in the Organisation Chart and select their name.
Select the Details section in the Personal tab in their record:
- Select the expand icon to view the record full screen:
Edit the employee's personal details as needed, working through the various cards in the Details tab of their Personal record. Select each relevant card (or in the case of bank account details and other sensitive information, select Reveal... and then select the section to edit:
The following fields and cards are amongst those that are editable:
- Contact details (Personal & Company, Emergency, and Friends & Family).
- Address details.
- Phone.
- Email.
- Driver's details.
- Vehicle details, including registration number.
- License details.
- Insurance details.
- Bank details.
- Sensitive information, including Date of birth, Gender, Sex and Marital status.
- Contact details (Personal & Company, Emergency, and Friends & Family).
- Select Save.
Outcome
The employee's personal details are updated with the changes that you have made. A notification is displayed each time you make an update, confirming the changes:
