Overview
This article explains how a staff member can change their login email address in Portal. Changes made in Portal will impact how you log into any Juniper JoinUp ecosystem software, for example, MIS, Comms Hub, Awards & Activities, Sonar Tracker and Juniper Websites.
If you want to change the email address that you use to log into Juniper Websites through JoinUp, you must also ask you administrator to update your email address in Juniper Websites. If you change the email address that you log in with, make sure you keep a note of the new email address. Any change you make to your login email address is completely independent of your staff email address stored in your MIS. If your email address is changed in your MIS this will not alter the email address you log in with.
Instructions
Follow these steps to change your login email address:

Select your user ID avatar at the top right corner of the screen, then select Profile:

From within your profile, select Security:

From Security, select Change Login Email:

From the Change Login Email window:
- Enter the new email address.
- Confirm your new email address.
- Select Save.
Outcome
Your changes will be saved, and the email that you use when logging in will be updated.
