Overview
This article explains how to view any feedback from parents (through the Juniper Education App) in response to badges that have been awarded. Feedback takes the form of comments and reactions.
Instructions
Within Comms Hub, follow these steps to see comments and reactions recorded against badges:
- Select Approvals.
- Select Badges.
- Locate and select the Badge Type for the specific badge whose comments and reactions you want to view:
- The Badge is displayed:
Outcome
From the badge, select the:
- Reactions to drill down and see who has reacted from the Juniper Education App, along with their reaction. Select the tabs within the reaction window to view all reactions or to filter by different type of reaction.
- Comments to view the different comments that have been added through the Juniper Education App.
When multiple pupils are tagged in a badge together, all parents of the different pupils can react and comment. If you would prefer parents to see only reactions and comments they've made about their child, when awarding badges, award the badge separately for each pupil.
