Overview
This article explains how to view any feedback from parents (through the Parent App) in response to observations that have been awarded. Feedback takes the form of comments and reactions.
Instructions
Within Comms Hub, follow these steps to see comments and reactions recorded against observations:
- Select Interactions.
- Select Approvals.
- Select Observations.
- Locate and select the observation Title whose comments and reactions you want to view:
- The observation is displayed:
Outcome
From the observation, select the:
- Reactions to drill down and see who has reacted from the Parent App, along with their reaction. Select the tabs within the reaction window to view all reactions or to filter by different type of reaction.
- Comments to view the different comments that have been added through the Parent App.
