Comms Hub: How do I log on to Awards & Activities?

Overview

This article explains how to log on to Comms Hub to use the Awards & Activities features and functionality.

Prerequisites

To log on to Awards & Activities, you need:

  1. Your Juniper account details (usually your work email address and your password). If you have forgotten your password, see MIS: How do I reset my password?
  2. Access to your registered email address (for your Two Factor Authentication code).

Instructions

Follow the instructions below to log on to Awards & Activities:

  1. Open https://comms.junipereducation.org/home in your browser to open the Login page.
  2. From the Login page:
    1. Enter the Email address for your account.
    2. Enter your Password.
    3. Select Login.
  3. An email is sent to you containing a Verification Code, and the Login with 2FA page opens:
    1. Open the email that you have just received from Juniper Education and make a note of the code.

      If you cannot see the email, check your Spam / Junk folder. If it is not in those folders, select Resend now.

    2. Enter the code into Verification Code.
    3. Select Submit.
  4. Select Login.

Outcome

You are taken to the Comms Hub Home page (that will look similar to the page below), from which you can access the Awards & Activities functions through the Awards and Activities and Approvals menus:
