Overview

This article explains how to quickly see the top five subjects where the most badges and observations have been issued, sorted in descending order, from the Awards and Activities widget on the Comms Hub dashboard. 

Instructions

To view the top five subjects with the most badges and observations in Comms Hub:

1. Select Home.

2. Scroll down the page to the Awards and Activities widget:

   

3. By default, the widget shows the Most Used Subjects (badges and observations) for this academic year across all groups. Optionally:

   

   1. Select the Group whose totals you want to view.
   2. Select the Timeframe (from Academic Year, Term, Half Term).

Outcome

The Most Used Subjects section in the Awards and Activities widget displays the total Badges and Observations awarded for the five highest ranking subjects, for the selected time period and group, or the default values if unchanged. The subjects are sorted in descending order based on the combined total Badges and Observations for the subject:
