Overview
This article explains how to change your password, if you have forgotten it.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Additionally, the password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.
Prerequisites
You need the registered email address when your account was set up.
Instructions
- Open https://mis.junipereducation.org in your browser:
- Select Forgot your password?:
- Enter the Email address for your account.
- Select Submit.
Outcome
Your request to reset your password will be processed. An email will be sent to you with instructions about how to access the system and reset your password. Select Reset Password and follow the guidance provided:
