Overview
This article explains how users with the appropriate reviewer permissions can edit / update / make changes to unpublished points that have been sent for review or that they have created in Comms Hub.
Published points cannot be edited.
Prerequisites
- The points that you want to edit must not have been published.
- You must have the appropriate reviewer permissions to edit / update / make changes to points.
- Automatic Approvals must be disabled for points (see Comms Hub: How do I enable / disable automatic approval of points?).
Instructions
Follow these steps to edit points in Comms Hub:
- Select Interactions.
- Select Approvals.
- Select Points.
- From All Points, select the Points for the points you want to edit:
- Select Edit:
- Make any changes to the Summary and Points awarded as required:
- Select Next.
- Remove any pupils as appropriate:
- Select either Save to save a draft or Save & Publish.
Outcome
Any changes made to the points will be saved as a draft, or finalised and published, based on your selection.
