Comms Hub: How do I edit points?

Overview

This article explains how users with the appropriate reviewer permissions can edit / update / make changes to unpublished points that have been sent for review or that they have created in Comms Hub. 

Published points cannot be edited.

Prerequisites

  1. The points that you want to edit must not have been published.
  2. You must have the appropriate reviewer permissions to edit / update / make changes to points.
  3. Automatic Approvals must be disabled for points (see Comms Hub: How do I enable / disable automatic approval of points?).

Instructions

Follow these steps to edit points in Comms Hub:

  1. Select Interactions.
  2. Select Approvals.
  3. Select Points.
  4. From All Points, select the Points for the points you want to edit:
  5. Select Edit:
  6. Make any changes to the Summary and Points awarded as required:
  7. Select Next.
  8. Remove any pupils as appropriate:
  9. Select either Save to save a draft or Save & Publish

Outcome

Any changes made to the points will be saved as a draft, or finalised and published, based on your selection.
