Comms Hub: How do I approve a badge?

Overview

This article explains how to approve badges that have been awarded to a pupil through Comms Hub.

Prerequisites

  • You must have one of the following user roles / permissions to approve badges: Account owner, Account Admin or Full Edit.

Instructions

Follow these steps to approve badges awarded to a pupil:

  1. Select Approvals.
  2. Select Badges.
  3. From All Badges, select the Badge Type for the badge you want to approve:
  4. Review the Badge contents.
  5. Select Approve & Publish:

Outcome

The badge will be approved and published.
