Overview
This article explains how to analyse your school's KS4 headline figures by key student group, for example, Disadvantaged, using filters.
Instructions
Follow these steps:
- Select Reports.
- From the Reports page:
- Select KS3/4.
- Select Cohort.
- Select Year 11 Data.
- Select Exams.
- Select Whole Cohort:
- From the Headlines Area - Summary Report - Whole Cohort is displayed, select Breakdown:
- Select a filter to breakdown your school performance figures, for example, by Disadvantaged, EAL and SEN (if set up):
Outcomes
You are able to analyse your school's KS5 headline figures,broken down by your selection:
Where filters have two values, the gap between the two values is displayed, for example the GAP beteween Disadvantaged and Non Disadvantaged students:
