Overview
This article explains how you can track performance across years or terms for selected students using a tracker report. The report can feature up to six data sets or assessment collections side-by-side for comparison. Data analysis is simplified using colour coding and arrows, which indicate if students have performed better or worse since the previous assessment or data set.
Prerequisites
- Your Sisra Administrator must generate the Tracker report and make it available.
Instructions
To open the track report:
- Select REPORTS.
- Select KS3/4.
- Select a Current or Leavers cohort.
- Select Tracker.
- Select Whole Cohort, Qualifications or Students.
Outcome
The tracker report opens:
Use the report to see progress overtime. Colour coding is used to indicate increases and decreases.
Change the area, report, or level to access different types of tracker reports, using the blue navigation bar.
If you want to open a standalone report that has been included in the tracker, for example, the latest Y11 assessments, select an option from Track:
