Sisra Analytics: KS4 Exams - How do I view Combined Science grade range counts and percentages?

Overview

This article explains how you can view Combined Science grade range counts and percentages in Sisra Analytics. There are two places within the product where you can view this:

  • From the Headlines Summary report, you can view counts or percentages of students who have been entered and are achieving 99-44, 99-55, and 99-77 in Combined Science.
  • From the Grades Overview report, you can view additional grade ranges for Combined Science, for example, 99-33.

Instructions

Select one of the options below to view the grade ranges for Combined Science:

  •  
    1. Select REPORTS.
    2. Select KS3/4.
    3. Select a Cohort.
    4. Select a Data Set.
    5. Select a Report.
    6. Select Whole Cohort.
    7. Scan down the list to the KS4 Results section to view the Combined Science grade range counts / percentages:

  •  
    1. Select REPORTS.
    2. Select KS3/4.
    3. Select a Cohort.
    4. Select a Data Set.
    5. Select a Report.
    6. Select Qualifications.
    7. From the report:
      1. Select Grades.
      2. Select Overview.
      3. Select Qualifications.
    8. Select Options.
    9. Select All A8 Quals in Grade Type:

    10. If you have Guest students and do not want them to be included:
      1. Select the Filters tab.
      2. Select Add Filters.
      3. Select On Roll for Student Status.
      4. Select Apply.
    11. Set your report options to Percentage and Cumulative:

    12. Scroll down to the All A8 Quals (Att8 Points) section to view the Combined Science grade range percentages:

      This approach groups all qualifications using Attainment 8 points. This means that students would need at least a 33 in Combined Science to be included in the 9-3% column.

Outcome

Depending on the approach you have taken, you can view either the 99-44, 99-55, and 99-77 in Combined Science from the Headlines Summary report, or additional grade ranges through the Grades Overview report.
