Overview

This article explains how to view grade ranges for internal analysis, for example, the number or percentage of 9-7 and 9-5 grades for each qualification. You can also view cumulative grade ranges. This is done through the Grades area of KS3/4 reports.  

Instructions 

Follow these steps to view grade ranges for internal analysis:

1. From your KS3/4 report:
   
   
   1. Select Grades.
   2. Select Overview.
   3. Select Qualifications.
2. Select Options:
   
3. From the Options tab, select All A8 Quals as the Grade Type:
   
4. If you have Guest students and do not want them to be included:
   1. Select the Filters tab.
   2. Select Add Filters.
   3. Select On Roll for Student Status.
   4. Select Apply.
5. Set your report options to Count and Cumulative:
   

Outcomes

You report will be updated. All qualifications will be grouped based on Attainment 8 points, and display Grade ranges:

Use the Summary row at the bottom of the report to view the count of 9-5 grades out of the cohort, or switch from Count to Percent to see the percentage:
