Sisra Analytics: How do I access KS5 reports?

Overview

This article explains how you can access the KS5 reports in Sisra Analytics.

Instructions

Follow these steps to open your KS5 reports:

  1. Select REPORTS.
  2. Select KS5.
  3. Select from your Current Cohorts or Leavers cohorts.
  4. Make your report selection:
    1. Select Standard Reports from one of the standard reports to land on initially for the selected data set (you can still access the other reports from within the data set). For example, clicking Headlines will land you on the Headlines report for the chosen data set, allowing you to see the overall school performance headline measures.
    2. Select the Students Shortcuts to view a list of students in the cohort and an overview of their performance.
    3. Select My Classes to set up and analyse the performance of your class or a whole qualification. 

Depending on your school’s setup, you may have access to the Tracker and Qualifications Trends.

Outcome

The report that you have selected is loaded.

The Qualification Trends report provides an interactive year-on-year comparison of your Exams grades.
