Sisra Analytics: How do I access KS3/4 reports?

Overview

This article explains how you can access the KS3/4 reports in Sisra Analytics.

Follow these steps to open your KS3/4 reports:

Select REPORTS.
Select KS 3/4.
Select from your Current Cohorts or Leavers cohorts.
Select which Year of the selected cohort’s data you want to view, for example, the reports from when the students were in Year 11.
Choose the data set you wish to view, for example, Y11 Autumn, and Y11 Spring.
Select either:
1. Take me to the reports:
  1. Select Whole Cohort to view overall school performance measures, such as Attainment 8 / Progress 8.
  2. Select Qualifications to view an overview of your qualification/subject performance.
  3. Select Students to view an overview of your students’ performance.
2. Take me to a qualification/class to view the performance of a specific qualification and/or class:
  1. Select the Qualification and/or Class.
  2. Select Go!.

Depending on your school’s setup, you may have access to the Tracker and Qualifications Trends.

The report that you have selected is loaded.

The Tracker allows you to track performance over time by viewing up to six published reports side-by-side.

The Qualification Trends report provides an interactive year-on-year comparison of your Exams grades.
