Overview
This article explains how to create a Custom Staff Page. A Custom Staff Page contains an image of each staff member, their name and their position in the school. When a viewer selects a photograph, they are linked to a profile page for the individual member of staff:
Prerequisites
- Your site must include the Custom Staff Page functionality.
- You must be an administrator.
Instructions
One of three different options will can be used to create a Custom Staff Page. The one you use depends on how your website has been configured. Each option is explained below - select each tab for instructions:

If you have an Essential website, your Custom Staff Page can only be enabled using this method.
- Open the page you would like to make into a Staff page.
- From the Edit tab, select Custom Fields:
- Scroll to Toggle Staff Page and select On:
- Save the page.

This option is not available on Essential websites
- Open the page you would like to make into a Custom Staff Page.
- Select Custom Page Options either above the Navigation Menu or at the bottom of the page.
- Select the Staff Page option from the dropdown:
- Scroll to the Toggle Staff Page field and set this to On.
- Save the page.

To add the Page Layout Options to your website, please speak to your Customer Success Manager. This option cannot be added to an Essential website.
- Open the page you would like to make into a Staff page.
- Select Page Layout from the Edit toolbar.
- Scroll down the Layout Options and select Staff List:
- Select Save.
Outcome
Your Custom Staff Page is created.

If you created the Custom Staff Page using the Custom Page or Page Layout Option, you can change the page layout. See Juniper Websites: Using Page Layout and Grid Navigation Options for further information.
