When you upload and view images on your Custom Staff (Staff Profiles) page, the top and bottom of the image may not display. This is likely because the image has not been cropped. If you don't crop images, they will display centred by default. For example, when a landscape staff profile photo is displayed as a square, the top and bottom of the image will be hidden which may result in the top of people's heads not showing.
