Comms Hub: How much do I pay to send an app message, email or text?

You do not pay to send app messages or emails, but you are charged for sending SMS text messages.

For each contact you send an SMS message to, your SMS balance is reduced, for example:

  • If you send a single message to 20 contacts you will be charged 20 SMS credits.
  • If you send 20 messages to 20 contacts you will be charged 400 SMS credits.
  • If you sent 20 messages to 1 contact, you will be charged 20 SMS credits.

It's important to understand that a single SMS message is limited to 140 characters (1 credit). If your message exceeds this length, it incurs a higher charge, for example, up to 280 characters will cost double (2 credits), while 420 characters will cost triple (3 credits).
