Overview
The following article explains how to buy a bundle of SMS credits that enable you to send SMS text messages to your contacts and staff members through Comms Hub.
Prerequisites
- You must have one of the following user roles / permissions to buy SMS credits: Account owner, Account Admin or Full Edit.
Instructions
Follow these steps to buy an SMS bundle:
- In Comms Hub, select Settings.
- Select Communications.
- Select SMS.
- From the SMS Settings window, select Buy Now:
- Select Buy Now for the SMS credit bundle you want to purchase:
Outcome
After selecting Buy Now, your order is sent to us to process and a message is displayed confirming this:
The STATUS in the SMS Settings table will update:
- A new purchase will display with a Pending Status.
- When the order is processed, this will changed to Completed indicating the SMS credits have been added to Comms Hub.
