Comms Hub
Overview
The following article explains how to buy a bundle of SMS credits that enable you to send SMS text messages to your contacts and staff members through Comms Hub.
Prerequisites
- You must be an Account Owner to buy SMS bundles.

Instructions
Follow these steps to see the price of SMS bundles:
- In Comms Hub, select Settings.
- Select Communications.

Select SMS. The SMS Purchase tab opens:
- Select Buy Now.

From the Buy SMS page, select Buy Now under the bundle that you want to purchase:

When prompted, optionally, enter a product purchase number (for your reference):
- Select Confirm to continue with the purchase.
Outcome
The order is sent to our sales team who will contact you to confirm the payment and issue the credits. A message displays to confirm this:
The STATUS in the SMS Settings table will update:
- A new purchase will display with a Pending Status.
- When the order is processed, this will changed to Completed indicating the SMS credits have been added to Comms Hub.
