Comms Hub: How do I see my SMS purchase history?

Overview

The following article explains how to see a list containing your SMS bundle purchase history. 

Instructions

Follow these steps to see your SMS bundle purchase history:

  1. In Comms Hub, select Settings.
  2. Select Communications.
  3. Select SMS.

Outcome

The SMS page opens. From here, you can view the date of your SMS purchase, the number of SMS credits you purchased, the purchase price and the status of the purchase. 

Purchases listed with a STATUS of Pending have been ordered but have yet to be processed. Those flagged as Completed have been processed and added to your account.
