Overview
This article explains how to archive a page, album, article or post.
You cannot archive the following: Photo Gallery, Form, News Category, Blog Category, Course Category, Course, Calendar, Forum, Topic, Survey or Poll.
Instructions
From your page, album, article or post:
- Select Archiving from the Edit tab.
- Select when you want to archive:
- To archive the item immediately, select Archive now.
- To archive on a future date, select the calendar icon or type a date in DD/MM/YYYY format to schedule it. You can also set a time if required.
- Select Save from the Edit tab.
- Select Save Now.
Outcome
The item is published immediately or where a date/time has been selected, on that date at the specified time.
