Juniper Websites: How do I restore previously deleted items on my website?

Overview

This article explains how to restore a deleted item on your website. The following items can be restored:

  • Page
  • Album
  • Article
  • Post
  • Link (URL)
  • Photo Gallery
  • Form
  • News Category
  • Blog Category
  • Course Category
  • Course
  • Calendar
  • Forum
  • Topic
  • Survey
  • Poll

You can only restore deleted items for up to 30 days after their deletion. 

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator to restore items. If you are not an administrator of your school website, ask them to restore your items.

Instructions

If you need to recover a deleted item you can with Instant Restore.  

  1. Select Instant Restore from the Home tab to open the Instant Restore window.
  2. Select the item type you would like to restore.
  3. Select the title of the item. A Restore button is displayed.  
  4. Select Restore to recover the page to its original location.

Refresh your page and check that the item has been restored.

Items are stored for 30 days following deletion.

If you have deleted a form, you will be able to restore the form, but any data will have been permanently deleted for data protection purposes.

Outcome
