Juniper Websites: How do I review a webpage?

Overview

The following article explains how to access and review a webpage you have been asked to check over.

Prerequisites

To review a webpage you must be an administrator or publisher who has received a notification to review someone else's work. New notifications are displayed in the admin toolbar next to My Tasks.

Instructions

  1. Select My Tasks from the Home tab (A) to open the Task Manager:
  2. Select a task to view its contents (B). 
  3. Select Review (C).
  4. Review the page.
  5. Select Approve if you are happy with the content of the webpage:
  6. Select Reject if changes need to be made to the webpage, enter a rejection reason when prompted and select Confirm:
  7. Save the page (see Juniper Websites: What do the different save options mean? for further information)

Outcome

You have successfully reviewed the webpage.
