Overview
This article explains how you can see the percentage of pupils targeted to At (Just At or Higher) for a single subject using the appropriate Venn diagram report for your pupils (Sonar Tracker: EYFS (2020) Venn Report or Sonar Tracker: Primary Venn Report).
Prerequisites
Before you can see the percentage of pupils with targets Just At or Higher you must have entered pupil targets into Summer 2 for the current academic year. For more information see:
Instructions
- Select Reports.
- Select the EYFS (2020) Venn or Primary Venn diagram report based on your need:
- When prompted, select the pupils you wish to include in the report by selecting one or more Year Groups and/or Classes:
- Select Load Report. This opens the Venn report in its default, attainment view for the current assessment period in this academic year. In this example, the Primary Venn report is used:
- Select Attainment and change it to Targets:
- Select the Assessment Period and change it from the current one to Summer 2:
-
Select two Subjects - one for which you want to see the percentage (for example, Reading), and another without any assigned targets (for example, Design Technology). This simplifies viewing the required subject's percentage:
The report is updated to reflect those pupils whose targets are At or above (Just at or higher) for both subjects:
Outcome
The Venn diagram shows the percentage of pupils At or above (Just At or higher) for both subjects. In this example, Reading (the subject we were interested in) and Design and Technology (the subject chosen without any targets entered for Summer 2). The percentage of pupils targeted as Just At or higher in Reading is 95.1%:
You can filter the report in the usual way to show different groups of pupils, for example, Pupil Premium.
