Overview
This article explains how to use the Sonar Tracker: Primary Venn Report to view those pupils currently on track for Combined RWM. You can quickly see which pupils are on track at this point in time and determine which pupils could benefit from being allocated additional support in one or more subjects.
Instructions
- Select Reports.
- Select Primary Venn.
- When prompted, select the pupils you wish to include in the report by selecting one or more Year Groups and/or Classes:
The report is displayed. It comprises a Venn diagram and associated tables detailing which pupils are Working Towards or Higher for Reading, Writing and Mathematics: - To view those pupils who are working at the Expected level or higher, select Working Towards and select Expected:
Outcome
The report is displayed showing those working at the expected level or higher for Reading, Writing and Mathematics as both a Venn diagram and in tabular form. Review the tables to identify pupils within each of the subjects/subject intersects:
Using the diagram and tables, you can easily identify those pupils who will benefit from intervention in one subject area to meet Combined RWM.
