As a teacher, there are two ways to assess and track the progress of SEN pupils who are working out of year enabling you to see what a pupil can do now compared to what they couldn't previously do:
- Through the relevant EYFS Formative Progress or the Primary Formative Progress report.
- By setting individual targets for pupils in the EYFS (2020) Targets or Primary Targets assessments pages and reviewing their progress throughout the academic year.
