Overview
This article explains how to enter the optional Key Stage 1 teacher assessments.
Instructions
- Select Assess.
- Select Key Stage 1 from the Statutory Assessments list:
- When prompted, select the Year Group and/or Class for which you wish to enter test results:
- Select Load Assessment, the Key Stage 1 input page opens for the selected pupils:
- Select Test Raw Score and select Teacher Assessments:
- Select a cell and enter the teacher assessment:
- Repeat for each pupil and each subject.
You can bulk-fill teacher assessments. For further information see Sonar Tracker: How do I bulk-fill assessment data?
Outcomes
The teacher assessment for the selected pupil is saved when you select another cell.
If you enter an invalid test score, the cell background will change to red. Select the exclamation mark icon to view the valid scores you can enter (Available Codes):
Close the Available Codes window and correct the error.
Reporting KS1 Outcomes
The End of Key Stage 1 Outcomes Report should be used to analyse this data. Headline data will also show in the Statutory Dashboard in the Analysis tab (This report is updated overnight so will reflect any changes made the following day)
