  5. Select a cell and enter the test score:
  6. Repeat for each pupil and each test paper.

You can bulk-fill test scores, but this is rarely used for tests. For further information see Sonar Tracker: How do I bulk-fill assessment data?

Outcomes

The test score for the selected pupil is saved when you select another cell.

If you enter an invalid test score, the cell background will change to red. Select the exclamation mark icon to view the valid scores you can enter (Available Codes):

Close the Available Codes window and correct the error.

The conversion tables will be programmed into the software shortly after they have been published by the DfE which will enable the test section of the End of Key Stage 1 Outcomes report to be populated.

Reporting KS1 Outcomes

KS1 tests can be used to inform the Teacher Assessment which is reflected in the End of Key Stage 1 Outcomes Report and Statutory Dashboard in the Analysis tab.
