The MAT Dashboard provides Multi Academy Trust (MAT) leaders with a comprehensive overview of website usage analytics and school compliance information across all linked schools. This powerful tool enables data-driven decision-making, resource allocation, and identification of trends to improve educational outcomes and ensure compliance with Department for Education (DfE) standards.

Accessing the MAT Dashboard
Follow these steps to access the MAT Dashboard:
- From your website, select Add-Ons.
- Select MAT Dashboard:
- Select the Compliance tab.
Viewing Website Usage Data
Follow these steps to view the MAT Dashboard usage data:
- Select the Usage tab:
- Use the Filter options to:
- Select which schools you would like to see data for (by default all sites are included).
- Set a date range (if left blank data for all dates will be displayed).
- Enter search criteria.
- Select the Search icon to filter the data.
What usage data is available?
The following data is output for the specified period:
- User login data including role and count of logins.
- Content shared to socials, using the Social Media Sharing Feature.
- Total news articles published on each website.
- Newsletters published using the Juniper Websites Newsletter Builder.
- Events published in each website's calendars.
Viewing Website Compliance Data
Follow these steps to view the MAT Dashboard compliance data:
- Select the Compliance tab.
- Use the Filter options to select which schools (School Filter) and status' (Status Filter) you would like to see data for (by default all sites and status' are included).
- Select the search button to filter the data.
What compliance data is available?
The MAT Dashboard compliance data tab looks as follows:
Headlines and Health Data
At the top of the page, you can see compliance Headlines followed by a Health Score:
These figures show the number of items overdue, or upcoming, for review across all your websites. There is also a health score for each site, which will flag which ones need attention.
The five different Health Score statuses are explained below:
| Health Score | Meaning |
| Excellent | Any pages or documents (attachments) marked for review do not need to be checked within the next 60 days. |
| Good | There are one or more pages and/or documents (attachments) marked for review in the next 60 days. |
| Okay | There are one or more pages and/or documents (attachments) marked for review in the next 30 days. |
| Weak | There are one or more pages and/or documents (attachments) marked for review that should have already been reviewed, but they haven't been (their review dates are in the past). |
| No reminders have been set | No page or document (attachment) reminders have been set. |
Page Reminders
Page Reminders are listed below the Health Score section:
- Select View All to see a list of Page Reminders regardless of due date.
- To view an individual page, select the specific Page Link.
- To view those pages without reminders, select the number in the statement There are X pages without reminders.
Document Reminders
Document Reminders are listed below the Page Reminders section:
- Select View All to see a list of all Document Reminders regardless of due date.
- To view an individual document, select the specific Document Link.
- To view those documents without reminders, select the number in the statement There are X documents without reminders.
Updating Reminders
After reviewing the page or document, update the page or document, set new reminder dates and reviewer information for each item. The following articles will help you with these tasks:
