When you sign up a new school to join your Trust's MAT Dashboard, please get in touch with us. The onboarding team will be notified to enable access to the new school within the MAT Dashboard. Upon completion you will be able to publish the data following the steps below.
|
Note: If you have Admin access in Sisra Analytics for the new school, you will be able to complete the below steps yourself. However if you do not have Admin access, you would need to contact the relevant Sisra Administrators and direct them to the following articles for the relevant key stage: |
Within Sisra Analytics:
- Select the 'Grade Type' for each appropriate Data Set. Navigate to DATA > select Key Stage and Cohort > Grades > Uploads > Select Dataset. Click the 'Select Grade Type that this data set relates to:' dropdown and select the relevant option:
- This can be set for Assessment Collections via Grades > Uploads > select your assessments area. You can set the Grade Type when creating a new collection, or by clicking 'Edit Collection' within an existing one:
- When working with KS4, ensure the Data Collaboration 'Setup' and 'Publish' are both 100% complete*. You can check this within any of the STUDENTS, KS2/EAP and GRADES areas.
If this does not show as 100% complete*, this suggests there are some steps which are incomplete. Further guidance on Data Collaboration can be found within our Setting up the Sisra Data Collaboration article.
|
*Note: For 24/25 and 25/26 cohorts, due to lack of official KS2 data, it is not necessary to complete the KS2 Core Subjects element of the Data Collaboration setup. Please see the article here for more information.
The Key Filter Mapping and Matching elements still need to be completed. |
- When working with KS5, ensure the Key Filter Mapping area is complete, under Students > Key Filter Mapping. Also, you should ensure that all qualifications are set to be included on the Matching page, and that they all have the correct QN codes entered.
- Publish, or republish the Data Set via Grades > Publish Grades. (Note: All usual setup steps including EAPs and Matching must be complete before you can access this area).
Within the MAT Dashboard:
This will allow you to check how many/which schools are contributing to your MAT reports.
- Select the 'Settings' focus area.
- Using the dropdowns at the top select which Key Stage and Year Group you would like to check.
- From here you can see the number of Schools Contributing within the trust per Data Collection, e.g. in our example there are 4 schools contributing to the KS4 Exams - Mocks collection.
- If you click on the Data Collection name, It will then tell you which schools are contributing to the Data Collection.
