Note: If you have Admin access for Sisra Analytics within each of the schools, you would be able to complete the below steps for Sisra Analytics yourself. However if you do not have Admin access, you would need to contact the relevant Sisra Admins in school and direct them to the following appropriate article: FAQ: We're using the KS4 MAT Dashboard, how can I ensure my school's data pulls through? FAQ: We're using the KS5 MAT Dashboard, how can I ensure my school's data pulls through? |
To ensure the reports pull through to the KS4 and/or KS5 MAT dashboard for each school in your Trust, check that the below steps:
In the MAT Dashboard
To check which schools have been promoted for each Grade Type, head to the Data Collection Management area within the MAT Dashboard, via the Settings focus area in the dropdown at the top.
Then click on the name of the relevant Data Collection.
This shows all the schools that are contributing to that particular data collection for the term. If a school in your trust is not pulling through to this data collection which you expect to, follow the steps below:
In Sisra Analytics
- Ensure the correct 'Grade Type' is selected for each appropriate Data Set.
Grade Type can be selected in Analytics for Data Sets via DATA > select Key Stage and Cohort > Grades > Uploads.
Click the 'Select Grade Type that this data set relates to:' dropdown and select the relevant option:
This can be set for Assessment Collections via Grades > Uploads > select your assessments area.
Set the Grade Type when creating a new collection, or editing an existing one:
- For KS4, Ensure the Data Collaboration 'Setup' and 'Publish' bars are both 100% complete*.
You can check this in Analytics, within any of the Students, KS2/EAP or Grades areas.
If this does not show as 100% complete*, this suggests there are some steps which are incomplete within Analytics. Further guidance on Data Collaboration can be found within our "Setting up the Sisra Data Collaboration" article.
| *Note: For 24/25 and 25/26 cohorts, due to absence of KS2 data, it is not necessary to complete the KS2 Core Subjects element of the Data Collaboration setup. Please see the article linked here for further information. |
- For KS5, ensure the Key Filter Mapping page has been completed for all three filters (Gender, Disadvantaged and SEN). Also, you should ensure that all qualifications are set to be included on the Matching page, and that they all have the correct QN codes entered.
- Once the above steps have been checked, publish (or republish) the Data Set via Grades > Publish Grades.
Once published, check the Data Collection Management area in the MAT Dashboard again (mentioned above) to ensure the school has pulled through.
